Historically the most successful of the GB(x) rock decks, jund is currently 10.3% of the paper metagame.
Here's something of an amalgamation of jund lists:

Some of the flex spots include the balance between huntmaster/olivia, the 4'th lily or a chandra, and the 4/2 or 3/3 split between IoK and thoughtseize. Also worthy of note, some decks choose not to run Bob, most notable one of the two lists from the semifinals in GP Singapore. He's usually replaced by more value/utility creatures like scooze, fulminator mage, and kitchen finks, depending on the meta.
I would assume most of these are just meta calls. I'm not familiar enough with the deck to know when each choice is correct.
